Your generosity means so much to us and everyone we serve. Thanks to you, families in need will have access to nutritious food. We also want to extend our heartfelt gratitude to the incredible people who might not be named but made this all happen. Your kindness and dedication truly make a difference in our community. “Hope” is part of an ongoing animal cruelty case. She was shot through the eye and left for dead. Her jaw had been kicked in and broken. Hope went unconscious which fooled her owner into thinking she was gone. 8 days later, she stumbled into a main highway, unable to balance and extremely skinny. Hope’s jaw surgery was scheduled for the day Hurricane Helene hit our area. The Humane Society of The United States stepped in after the storm to take over her care. Her case is still ongoing.
